Kanda Koftaa..

Making of KanDa Koftaa.....

1. First take 200 Gms of Kanda (Cleaned & Peeled) and chop into small pieces and keep a side..
2. Now One Medium size Onion and chop into small pieces..
3. Now Grind the chopped Kanda pieces with a couple of green chillies in a grinder...
4. Take the paste into a bowl, add the chopped Onions, 1 table spoon of Garlic & Ginger paste, add salt to taste, Cashew nut pieces, Corriander leaves & finally some Besan (Senaga Pindi) and mix them thoroughly. Utill it becomes a thick paste.
5. Now make some Oval shaped balls with the ready mix...
6. Deep Fry & Serve hot with Chilli or Tomato Sauce...
